Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide details of the issue, including a photo of the product, if applicable. Upon approval of your return request, we will arrange for the replacement of the product or issue a suitable alternative.

Returns are only processed for quality or delivery issues. The replacement product will be dispatched after the return request is approved and the original product is received back, if required.
